Little Known Ways to Create the Kitchen of Your Dreams

Which room is the house makes for the biggest “WOW” effect when you walk in?  Now, this is our opinion, but I can tell you after 30 years of building new homes that no room carries more influence than the kitchen.  Of course, this depends on if you are talking with the male or female buyer….. but again which of those two carry the most influence in the new home process?

All kidding aside, the kitchen is the focal point of the house and now days is the center point for traffic and time spent for families.  Everything seems to revolve around the kitchen, so it would stand to reason that you want to really have a beautiful and functional space the meets your needs.  For those of us that are design-impaired, please refer back to the two options of buyer above and I will let you decide who I am referring to, it is virtually impossible to envision what that dream space will look like.  Even those with a sense of design become overwhelmed trying to articulate to the designer or builder what they want.
